The team cheered, exchanging high-fives and grins. Another mission accomplished. Another paycheck cashed.
The team charged forward, ready to take him down. But The Archon was not going to go quietly. With a wave of his hand, he unleashed a wave of energy that sent the team flying.
And then there was Killer Croc, the team's... well, killer crocodile. He just grunted and snapped his jaws, ready to take on whatever lay ahead.
"Welcome, Suicide Squad," he sneered. "I've been expecting you. You're just in time to witness the birth of a new era in human technology."
As they gathered in the briefing room, the team couldn't help but feel a sense of dread. This was going to be a tough mission.
Next to her, Deadshot, the team's resident sniper and assassin, grunted as he checked his gear. "Let's get this over with. I've got a reputation to uphold."
Finally, they reached the heart of the lair: a massive server room filled with rows of humming computers. In the center of the room, The Archon himself stood atop a raised platform, his eyes glowing with an otherworldly energy.
